Arphen Signs Advertisement was established on January 12, 1972 by Mr. Charlie F. Lim in Daraga, Albay and we are the pioneer sign maker in the Bicol Region and have the best reputation when it comes to creativity and quality signages.

He humbly start it with a small artshop in Daraga,
Albay using his handskills and painting skills.
